to ICT Lifeline - PC support when you need it. ICTLifeline Support is designed to provide your organisation with with ICT support whenever you might need it. The agreement covers any PC, network, printer, peripheral or software problem and support is provided in three ways. On-site help - One of our engineers will be with you on-site. We will endeaver to be with you within four working hours. The agreement covers the first three on-hour visits. Telephone Help Desk - If the problem can be solved over the phone this saves you both time and money Available from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturaday. Our advanced telephone system ensures you will always be able to speak to one of our engineers. Fixed-price repairs - Computer equipment does fail. We provde a fixed price repair service for labour - parts are charged separately. Collection and delivery is included. Turnaround is usually three working days. |
